By being refurbished it did come with a couple of scratches on the back. Easy to cover with my case. The screen was perfect and it works like a brand new tablet.

Buy an iPad charger separately!

However, the charger shipped with it was for an android phone or tablet. Thank goodness we have another iPad so we had a charger for it. The other one didn’t have a charger at all.

At first when i received it,it didn't work right, then I realized that it was the wrong ipad from what i ordered so i called the store ans they said to being it back to the store for them to check it they said it was the same gigabyte so i kept it and I reset it and it worked every sence.
