It's great at extending time. Otherwise your spend more time charging your meta rather than enjoying it.

The one thing I do lile that stands outs from 3rd is that it charges along with the main battery through the dock.

The regular strap is not near as comfortable and you do not get enough battery time without the extra battery. I recommend this to everyone I know who plays.
