The TV is nice easy to set up and pretty user friendly with lots of Google channels for free but I am not happy with the sound quality all together

It was very easy to make the change needed to change the input to HDMI to access our charter system. Being a senior citizen and not too technical savvy I had no problem.

The internet connection has to be manually connected everyday. It’s annoying I have a strong WiFi signal. Error code 016 all my other tvs WiFi are fine . Sometimes disconnects when watching MAX . Called the manufacture and did an update it didn’t solve anything it still disconnects from the internet daily . My Roku devices don’t disconnect at all just this TV . For that reason I give one star . I won’t buy this name brand again I should’ve bought the Roku TV cost a little more but probably a better TV. I don’t recommend.

I purchased this tv to replace a non smart 720p in my kitchen. I wanted to have a tv with smart capabilities and AirPlay and for 80 bucks this is so worth it.

Bought this tv to use in the kitchen and the size/picture/sound all fit the bill for what I wanted.
Tried to set it up and I could not install certain apps without logging into an Amazon account.
Clearly this TV is meant to be a portal into all things Amazon where they will track everything that you watch and try to sell you things.
I just want a tv that I can use the standard apps:netflix, apple, youtube, HBO, etc without signing away all my data.

I want my old TV back

This TV is NOT good. The remote is not responsive and often ques up my inputs and jumps around as it executes them all at once. But my biggest problem is, the TV is not stable. When watching an app, or watching antenna TV, the TV randomly resets back to the Amazon fire home screen. This happens several times a day, for no apparent reason. I manually put the TV back to what I was watching, and randomly in a few minutes it resets back to the home screen again. Very annoying when it happens during a critical moment in whatever I am viewing. Also streaming is sometimes very jerky and impossible to watch. I know its not my internet but the TV because any other TV or device streaming the same app is fine. I missed the return window, or I would return this and start over. I miss my old regular TV.

I am just not a huge fan of Fire as a software. I prefer others. However the TV is fine and works great, and although the software can seem slow at times, it's not so noticeable that it's a daily annoyance.

Remote with voice control is noice, apps are quick and handy, like that you can install 3rd party apps for unique content. Cheap. Wish it had higher resolution, but good for the price. Great that it is VESA compliment. Mostly why I got this so I an use on my monitor amr.
