love our new Cafe refrigerator. It has room and organizational options for what ever we need. It is we don't even know it's there until we look at it and see how beautiful it is. Love it

So far, this fridge is amazing. Have only had it a month but is everything we hoped for. Looks great, works great, and love the beverage system. Lots of great features at the price point!

I purchased this refrigerator to replace a Samsung fridge I had recently purchased. the features of the Bespoke model were just what I wanted. My daughters thought I had lost my mind until the new one was installed.

Love the fridge easy to clean the glass and spacious.

Have had this fridge for about a month and it has been great.. the beverage center is a awesome feature to have and really enjoy that i can customize the front of the fridge

Love how i have space for so many things in the fridge and freezer specially since you can adjust to fit what you need to go in certain places. As well as the 2 different shapes in ice. Love this fridge. Def would recommend.

Beautiful refrigerator. Its versatility in color selections is great to customize to your design. The distribution of space available to store all of your groceries and see them all quickly makes this my favorite kitchen appliance.

3rd week of ownership. So far so good. Seems like a very good appliance. Test if time will twll the story. My last samsung fridge lasted over 11 years. I love how spacious it is and love the beverage center as well as the dual ice and the connection to Samsung Smart Things.

There are many negatives about this fridge with just two positives. The self fill pitcher is great and really convenient and the two types of ice are high quality and useful. Now for the negatives. The doors require an extra 2 inches on each side of the fridge for clearance to open. So unless your cabinets are set up in a way where you have this abnormal amount of clearance needed don't buy this. This info is not contained on any spec sheet from samsung or best buy for some head scratching reason. Also you cant access drawers internally with out having both doors open, a cooling nightmare. The release to access the water is only on the bottom of the door so unless you are 5ft or shorter be prepared to bend over and smack yourself in the head with the door as you awkwardly try and open it. it was hysterical watching my kids smash their face trying to open it but not so funny when I did it to my self. While there is a lot of square footage for storage it can't be efficiently organized for much. The freezer is great but the ice tray has a horrible lay out. The scoop is contained above the ice in a secret compartment but if you use the scoop you can't put it back unless you close the freezer all the way and then re open it again to access the secret compartment. I am convinced this fridge was designed by a team of graphic artist who have never been in a Kitchen except to unpack their doordash orders.

I was not sure if this refrigerator was what I needed in my home. Luckily, it exceeded my expectations there is so much room on top and bottom freezer. I am enjoying the ice and water dispenser (the beverage center). Highly recommend this to anyone who has a big family.

Honestly when I bought it I did because of the size but it’s configuration has really made getting in and out of the kitchen a breeze this definitely was a great purchase, easy to program. Love it
