Parts falling off, doors panels do’t match each other. I need to pay to get the entire door panel replaced, even it’s only 3 week old. 2. Door panels can’t shut by itself. 3. The pincher leaks and rubber develop mold easily. 4. Warranty doesn’t include much. I chose this model because it’s made in Korea, expecting it’s better quality than other models made somewhere else. I was warned by friends about Korean made products. It seems it’s true. I’ll never buy a Samsung again.

Love the sections and ice. Much more room than our old one with water/ice on top. They didn't have our color but with the current promo we were able to order and change later.
