Perfect for what i needed for my garage, no frills refrigerator

Product is working perfect. Started up fine and working. Also the delivery was great. They did a perfect job not one scrach or dent. Bestbuy always the best.

Perfect garage fridge! Quick delivery, does what it should looks nice too!

Bought for parents garage. Took a while to cool, but parents haven't complained, and that's saying something.

Product works pretty well, but it it has a problem maintaining recommended temperatures in the refrigerator and the freezer . If I set the temperature dials to the recommended settings ("3" in both chambers), the temperatures in both the freezer and the refrigerator are too high. In order to achieve the recommended temperatures (37 F for refrigerator; 0 F for freezer ), I have to set the dials to "4."

Great refrigerator. Needed to replace the 20+ year old one. Old fashion up and down with no ice or water is perfect for the garage and increases the space without those unused extras.

For the price I pay, I think this is an awesome refrigerator for a garage. right size and reliable performance. Recommend for purchase.

I've had GE Refrigerators exclusively for years and years, which is why I bought this one. I was very surprised to see the glass shelves sag when I put a number of gallon containers on the top shelf. I called GE and they said the shelves were only rated for about 50 pounds, which translates to about 6 gallons of liquid, while there is easily room for 10 gallons. In all my years of putting away groceries, I have never had to count gallons before putting them into the refrigerator. The shelves are simply flimsy and cheap and could have easily been designed for the strength required to fully utilize the available cubic footage available. GE did not seem concerned, but I am very disappointed ... in the refrigerator as well as with GE's response.

I Love this refrigerator, it's perfect for my needs

Great refrigerator, it was easy to set up and spacious. It was a good price and value for the money and made a great second refrigerator for our basement.

The freezer is really roomy. I like it. I wasn't sure about this when I first ordered it but when it was delivered, I immediately knew I made the right purchase. I recommend this fridge.

Works well in the garage in Michigan - it's cold here (has been below freezing in the garage) and things are working well. Some squeaking of drawers and whatnot but otherwise things are good. Happy with it.

Wife’s primary focus was the chrome facade. Its storage space and features of the layout were clearly the overarching winners of this purchase. Very nice.

My refrigerator is good but the whole process of delivery and installation was the worst.

Looks nice and working fine after a week or so. Delivery date was moved but that's the world we live in. Still waiting for matching freezer

The refrigerator is great. Very roomy inside . The freezer is also very spacious. It looks great however it is not finger print resistant like advertised. Also Best Buy did not level it leaving the door swinging open if not closer . Two service appointments where made and both times a no show . The fridge is great . I would not buy a big appliance from Best Buy again.

Purchased this product for a rental property. Perfect size for a household of 1-3 people. Might be a bit small for larger families.

I should have listened to the negative reviews but this is the only fridge I could find in black that would fit in the smaller space in my new house. No matter what settings you have it set at it wont get colder than 40 on the middle shelf and 41 in the drawers. In the full manual that you can only download online it says to keep it at 34-40 degrees, so it should be able to get close to 34 degrees. It also takes forever to get back down to the 40ish degree mark after you have the door open for a minute putting groceries away. Milk spoils before the expiration date constantly and shredded cheese gets all clumped together. A repairman for GE came out while I was working and told my wife that it is working fine, and if you set it to the warmer temperature, it'll get colder. That we had it set too cold. Really? He set it back down to the middle range which is where we started out with it anyways, and by the time I got off work it was 45 degrees in there. Make sure you have the opportunity to test it right away before the return window ends. I bought it a few weeks ahead of time before we moved into our new house and had it out in the garage till two days before we moved in so the return window closed. I wouldnt reccomend this refrigerator as its not worth the risk to find out if you'll get a defective one or not. You would think with that many negative reviews on it, not cooling they would have had a recall on this thing by now, and/or stopped making it, but.I guess the rewards outweigh the risks to them.
