It is designed for use with the internet for contenrt. I want to use an antenae for over the air signals. This t.v. is going to do what it's programmed to do, not behave like a regular t.v. and do what I want it to do.

It was so easy to do and when I did a search for a movie, they had so many options to choose from Many apps. The insignia has no options and the only option you can choose from is the Amazon prime. When You want to look for an app it’s always hidden

The manager said he couldn't match the price and i tried to explain to him that it was marked for that price and was comfirm by a staff member at that price but the manager said he couldn't give it to me for that price and tried to sell me something else so he could give me discount on that but no TV. I always shopped at Bestbuy but it seems they are going down when it comes to customer service. Unfortunately unless they are the only ones with the item i will not shop there again.

You push a button and don’t know if it worked or it’s just slow. Then you push it again and it was just slow but now it’s screwed up. You have to wait up to maybe 30s for a response. And for fast forward or reverse, good luck. You’ll never end up in the right place. Then there’s the updates. We use this on our deck so it’s unplugged when not in use so it doesn’t get the updates and whether you want them or not it’s going to happen and by the time it’s done so is dinner. Watching is fine maybe even great as long as you don’t have to use the fire remote. I have 5 Fire TV’s in my house and not one of them do what this one does. I thought maybe it’s because it doesn’t have the greatest WiFi signal even though it 12” behind it through a wall so I brought it in to see if it would be better but no it still was S…L…O…W. Just say no and wait for the next version from F20 comes out.
