This fridge is great. As a counter size fridge is very compact but still feels big. The four shelves on each door are sturdy and roomy. The almost hidden water filter is amazing! Moving from a side by side fridge to a French door fridge is great as we can easily see everything that's in the fridge at once. Overall, a great fridge for the price.

Purchased this to replace previous LG that lasted 12 years and had all the high end features.. I looked at a whole price range of LG fridges as well as other brands. My initial thoughts when examining display model was that it was a much simpler model but the doors and shelves were made of lighter material than my old fridge. I thought the reason was this was a lower end model but when I looked at more expensive models I did not find too much of a build quality difference so I think its do to newer "green" standards. Also, I learned my lesson after 25 years of experience with outside ice machines built in door with water dispenser. All the moving parts equal more expensive repairs long run and less room for storage. Ice tray on the inside is much bigger and less moving parts. Like this model very much so far.

replaced a samsung that kept freezing over. i love the counter depth. large door storage. i actually prefer the shallower depth, harder to lose leftovers in the back of he fridge. only downside is the freezer is a little smaller due to the shallower depth.

I was hesitant buying a counter depth fridge at first thinking I would be forfeiting interior space. Absolutely NOT the case! I’m very pleased with the sleek design, ice maker in the freezer (where it belongs!) and water dispenser in the refrigerator as opposed to the exterior door. My experience from consultation to delivery was seamless and stress free. I highly recommend this LG refrigerator. I’ll be a Best Buy customer for life!

We loves the size but be warned it is barely counter depth and sticks out a little more than our old fridge.

This fridge was a great choice after researching for months. The fridge has features I wanted, specifically french doors. It provides a lot of space and is quiet. I like that an alarm goes off if the doors are still open after five minutes. The fridge also connects to the LG Thin app which sends notifications when the doors are not fully closed, this is great if I am not home. I was able to call home to tell my son to close the door (he didn't realize the door wasn't fully closed). The app also shows the status of the water filter and if the temperature inside has changed.

Our new LG fridge works great when paired with the app. I get notifications sent right away to my phone like when my husband leaves the fridge door open. Being able to track the filters of the fridge gives me peace of mind, knowing that it is working the way that it should. It has spacious strong shelves, and can handle lots of weight as well as the doors. I specifically picked this fridge for the water dispensing design that it has inside, it features a sleek almost hidden kind of design for dispensing water. Our family loves all of the options this LG fridge has to offer.

The ice bin seems like the ice bin on an old refrigerator - takes up too much space, but doesn’t utilize the space it does occupy efficiently. Came without an ice bin or scoop - until I asked for one. Best Buy provided a bin; I can’t help but wonder if it isn’t the correct one for this refrigerator. The top freezer drawer needs some kind of divider. Everything just spreads out all over the place, including trying to creep under the ice bin. And I would like a third drawer. The very bottom of the freezer is one of those huge abyss-like holes; it holds a lot, but you can’t find anything without practically emptying it out. The refrigerator shelves are nice. I haven’t spilled any liquids, but they do have a small lip and should catch a small spill. But I don’t like that the shelf heights aren’t adjustable more. There are 3 shelves, and only 4 possible levels. The bottom shelf level is fixed. The top and middle shelves have 3 level choices. If I raise the middle shelf so I can put taller items on the lower shelf, it barely leaves any room between it and the top shelf. Same situation if I lower the top shelf to use for tall items, instead. The doors hold A LOT. I read that storing things like milk in the refrigerator door is not ideal, but this frig definitely intends for large containers to be stored in the door. The water inside the fridge tastes really weird. I feel sure this is due to the filter; at least I hope it is not something coming through the waterline itself. I have a Kitchenaid and a Jenn-air (both Whirlpool products) that have much cleaner-tasting water. Sorry, but I’m afraid to compare the actual filtration abilities of this refrigerator’s cartridge to my other ones. It’s easy enough to keep clean. With 2 little ones who don’t access the refrigerator by themselves yet, I have not had trouble keeping it fingerprint-free. I wipe the inside out every week and have not had trouble with anything sticking that can’t be easily washed off. Overall, it keeps things cold and serves its purpose. For the price, it is at least or slightly better than average. Personally, I’d spend a little more and go with a different fridge. But, for the price, it is a decent choice.

Very nice with tons of space. We upgraded from a side by side and the difference in capacity while taking up the same floor space is amazing. I like the ice in the freezer and not the door as I’ve never seen a door ice dispenser that doesn’t throw some ice on the floor. Might be nice if they included an ice scoop with it but I already had one so no big deal.

The refrigerator is amazing. They come out to 1st measure the space free of charge to make sure it will fit and the deliever per your day of choice. The fridge is very roomy, ice maker and water dispenser inside of the fridge!!!! We would definitely recommend. Thank you Best Buy!!!

Larger inside than it looks. We like having the interior water dispenser. More than enough room for a family of 4.

Love the counter depth and that the front is so cean looking.

The delivery guys were prompt, efficient and helpful. This unit is very spacious and quieter than I expected--even the occasional sound of the ice maker. It was running colder than I wanted with the factory settings but that was easily adjusted downward. Let's hope it is as reliable as reported!

Love this fridge! So roomy (especially compared to the side-by-side version that was in our house when we moved in). I didn't think I'd use the interior water feature, but I do all the time. Excellent installation experience, too.

Have had the fridge for a few weeks now and it is working great. I love the cabinet depth and having water inside. Great product all around.

This refrigerator is exactly what I was looking for. I have found LG appliances to be lasting and well built. I chose the clean lines making it sleek and easy to clean. Best Buy was easy to work with and the delivery was prompt and efficient. The experience was excellent.

We love our new refrigerator, The shelves help us to keep organized and cut back on waste. It is quiet and good looking. The space inside is great for keeping us well stocked and making fewer trips to the store.

Received this fridge and we absolutely loved it. Fast and easy delivery! So spacious and easy to set up! We needed a new fridge and have loved being able to bring this one into our home and the brightness and freshness of our food! Better yet we downloaded the app to adjust the temp!
