Great combination of shallow counter depth with deep door shelves. Looks great and unbelievably quite. Only dislike involves the top freezer drawer does not pull all the way forward and bottom drawer has a slant that reduces storage space. Very happy overall.

I looked at many different brands and this one offered the most capacity inside. I also like the water and ice feature to be within the unit.

So far so good, haven't had any issues since I bought it a couple of months ago. Its stays extra cold compare to my privous fridge so to me the food last longer, which is a bonus in my book. Has a lot of space so we are able to stock up the fridge pretty well.

Very roomy and quiet. Lots of space on doors and vegetable drawers. My last refrigerator had outside water dispenser but this one has inside which takes up no room and works well. Bottem freezer also large - including top drawer. It is same size as my last counter depth fridge but this one feels much bigger!

I just got this yesterday and I’m very happy with it. The ONLY (minor, nitpicking) con is the left door closes loudly, but really doesn’t bother me. It’s beautiful. Silly, but I even like the ice cubes.

This fridge has been operating in my home for about a month now. I like the ease of operation. The controls for ice/water/temp are all on the inside right panel. The doors open easily. I had no problem adjusting the shelves in the refrigerator section. There is no option to adjust the freezer store area. The unit produces ice easily once it is fully chilled. The ice maker is a bit loud when in operation. There is also an intermittent hum/buzz to the fridge itself that is mildly annoying. However, from reading other reviews of this appliance, that appears to be normal. All in all, for the price, it's a good choice for a home refrigerator.

Bought this lg refrigerator to replace an18 year old GE side by side. Love everything about this fridge except for the fact that only the front wheels can be adjusted. Why? After pushing into place I noticed it was leaning back a bit out of level so I wanted to raise the rear wheels to level it but the delivery guy tells me only the front wheels are adjustable. Well that does me no good at all, so I actually had to get a piece of leftover flooring plank to put down and roll the rear wheels upon it. So 4 stars

The LG 26.5 Cu. Ft. French Door Counter-Depth Smart Refrigerator in stainless steel is nice! With its sleek design and internal water dispenser, it seamlessly blends into any modern kitchen. The spacious 26.5 cu. ft. capacity accommodates large grocery hauls, while the LED lighting illuminates the interior. We are currently having issues with the sagging door and it's preventing the flap from closing properly - we've tried using the pins that come with it, but so far no luck.

This was a big step up after upgrading from a 20 year old fridge! We ordered the counter depth and were a little worried about freezer size, but had no trouble fitting everything. And there is so much space in the refrigerated section. I saw a lot of reviews commenting on the noise the fridge makes but I don’t find it bothersome. Periodically you can hear ice being made. So far, no problems and we’re very happy with it!

Have had this fridge for 6 months and was just thinking how solid it’s been. Serves my family of 4 well. I have no complaints. I was worried about the inside water dispenser but that’s not an issue and I way over thought that. The ice machine keeps up and can almost completely refill overnight if it ever does get empty. It has a lot of space, especially coming from our old fridge of similar dimensions. And most importantly it can keep a cool uniform temp throughout the fridge, including the doors.

Great refrigerator. Lots of space for a counter-depth refrigerator. Water dispenser is inside refrigerator. Freezer ice maker is a bit slow. Overall, works well.

So far, this has been an amazing refrigerator! It works VERY well, dings at you if you leave one of the doors open, keeps the food inside cool, and has an excellent layout. We love the top half. The freezer also works very well, and we can get to everything stored. The well-style layout is not nearly as convenient as the shelf-style, but everything IS accessible and the food does stay frozen! In addition, LG is the brand most highly recommended by Consumer Reports in 2025, and this model was Recommended!

I’ve read some comments that the doors/handles were misaligned. Mine arrived with perfectly aligned doors and handles. It’s quiet, maintains temperatures to perfection, keeps food longer and is huge compared to my old side by side. It also looks great

Simply beautiful. Works perfectly. My 4 year old could not see any external buttons to play with on the Fridge. The water dispenser and icemaker is inside the Fridge. Perfect with family with young children.

This is a great fridge! We have had the French door style before and really like it. We decided we no longer wanted the outside water/ice dispenser because it always made a mess with our former fridge - the internal water is just right. Although we chose the counter-depth size, we find the interior is very roomy. We are surprized at how much the shelves in the doors hold. A few of our friends recommended this refrigerator and now we see why - it's great.

Plenty of strge space for your items. The inside water filter dispenser is a huge plus. The digital temerture gauge. So you know the correct temperature. The slewk and stylist look. The freezer storage has a lot of room.

Can not believe how much we fit in this counter depth refrigerator. Doors hold tons and keep things organized. Water fill up on inside is great. We used to have a brita. Doesn’t take up interior space like exterior water and ice does.

So far I Love my new Refrigerator. Its wider and bigger, Easer to access. My last Refrigerator was a side by side so I love the roominess of the top part and the freezer on the bottom. I think it's much better

This fridge is just what we were looking for. French style doors are awesome and makes the fridge spacious. Filtered water dispenser on the inside saves a lot of room on door panel. We have a smaller kitchen and this counter depth is perfect for us. Small, but still provides plenty of space.
