Customer service initially said it wasn’t covered under warranty. They eventually made a one-time exception, but I still had to pay over $10 for shipping. Disappointing, especially since the coating is what makes the surface non-toxic. This replaced a smaller Foodi grill I’d used for years. The coating feels much more fragile on this model, and it cooks unevenly — the center cooks slower, requiring me to rotate food. I never had that issue before. I also received a mesh basket instead of the advertised crisper basket and never got a response when I asked Ninja to confirm the material. It doesn’t fit well, and I’m concerned it will scratch the cooking pot further. I was confident in the product and threw away the box, so returning it isn’t an option. I usually love Ninja products, but this experience fell short in both quality and customer service.

I made steak within the first few weeks of using it. My only gripe with it is the cleanup. Maybe it’s me but I need to do a better job at cleaning or at least wish it was easier to clean up.
