Customers are positive about the sound quality, comfort, battery life, open-ear design, fit, bone conduction, and lightweight features of the OpenRun Pro Premium Bone Conduction Open-Ear Sport Headphones. They appreciate the clear and immersive sound, comfortable and secure fit, long battery life, ability to hear their surroundings, lightweight design, and innovative bone conduction technology.
On the other hand, customers are negative about the volume, bass, price, connectivity, and microphone. They feel the volume could be louder, the bass is lacking, the price is high, the connectivity is unstable, and the microphone could be improved for better call quality.

My wife has difficulty finding ear buds that fit and stay in her ears. These are a great alternative. The open ear design is great for pass through sound while also listening to the headphones. Very comfortable. Great sound. Very happy with the purchase.

This particular Shokz Pro was a bit large. Hanging outwards back of my neck!
I returned it for the Shokz Pro Mini!
Best decision ever.
Mini fits well.
Overall this unit was perfect as far as sound and being durable.
Shokz Pro Mini vs Shokz Pro you decide which fits you best.
Awesome customer service.

Sound quality is real good for casual listening. I hate ear buds as they get messy and cause my ear canal to feel hot.
I use the sat the gym as they are very comfortable and can listen to podcasts or music
Phone calls are very good compared to other no name headphones I have owned.
It is my third pair. I had a button break and shocks people gave me a replacement mailed to me.

I've owned a lot of headphones in my life. Mostly for music but work since 2011 has had me utilizing BT ear pieces. Jawbone and Plantronics were great and have been wonderful units. I have never been a fan of in ear units and I wanted something that would offer a chance at reducing background noise, I value what hearing I have left from a life full of music and impact drills, so I normally for audio go to my Bang & Olufsen over the ear but did invest in a nice pair of Sennheiser Momentums that are incredible. For work with the noises I wanted to give these a try as I knew I could put in earplugs and still hear what I wanted to hear. I have the regular sized, not the mini and they are a bit too small. They do press on the tragus which gets sore with time but after an 8 hour day of wearing them I don't feel any pain.
I will definitely recommend them and my only reason for the 4 star is because they are a bit too small for me.

Sound quality is not as good as ear buds, but still very respectable. Battery life is excellent, I have been getting more than the 10 hour expectation. Microphone quality beats any ear bud that I have ever owned. I is truly nice to be able to listen to music and still be fully aware of the environment around me.

They are fantastic for when you just don't want to block the whole world out. Comfort is off the chart. I liked these so much I bought a second pair for my wife. Battery life is great and charges quick.

I owned previous models but the sound and even the weight of these headphones are much better. I work in a manufacturing plant which is very noisy. I have not had any problems with hearing when someone calls. The calls are very clear.

Great headphones. Work in a environment where i have to be aware of my surroundings and i never liked having just one earphone in. That isnt an issue with these. Good quality, good feel, and good sound quality

I use these when I run, cycle, hike, and mountain bike. They withstand all of the sweat and grime. The battery lasts for an impressive amount of time. I love them.

These aren't airpod pros, so the sound isn't as good, but the are extremely comfortable to have on for long periods of time and then don't block sound coming from other sources. If that is what you are looking for, this is the headset for you.

I first purchased the Aeropex model at a local bike shop, to wear when riding my bike.
Being impressed with the sound quality, I decided to buy the Open Run Pro because of the 2+ hours of run time. I drive a charter motorcoach & these work great, as I can listen to music & also hear if a passenger asks me a question. Excellent sound quality & battery life for all night trips!!

Great product, sturdy, and comfortable and you can tell it's a quality product, great color choices and sound is perfect and keeping you ear channel free so you can even have a conversation while listening, like having music on at home on speaker and being able to talk to people at the same time.

Pretty good, sleek and very flexible. For sound quality it’s fair enough with the bass on maximum range. Anti sweat and splash resistance, good for physical activities such as work out, running, biking or hiking and able to hear your surroundings as you play the music. Highly recommend to people who likes to hear music while doing activities either indoor or outdoor.

It's worked really well, only bad thing is the battery but it last my entire work shift and a few hours longer so the battery isn't bad enough to make it less than 5 starts, good sound quality, very comfortable I forget I'm wearing them.

Love the headphones they are extremely comfortable to use but you have to ensure you have them placed fully down on your ears to get the full sound ( took me two days to figure out this out lol ). Sound quality is very good for open ear headphones you will have to manage your expectations here

I love these! I have good ear buds, but these are great for workouts and gardening when I am moving and bending a lot as they are so secure. The sound is great and you can talk to people while listening. Might be nice to have minor adjustment options so they fit at the perfect spot on your ears, but not a big deal.
