Customers are positive about the sound quality, comfort, battery life, open-ear design, fit, bone conduction, and lightweight features of the OpenRun Pro Premium Bone Conduction Open-Ear Sport Headphones. They appreciate the clear and immersive sound, comfortable and secure fit, long battery life, ability to hear their surroundings, lightweight design, and innovative bone conduction technology.
On the other hand, customers are negative about the volume, bass, price, connectivity, and microphone. They feel the volume could be louder, the bass is lacking, the price is high, the connectivity is unstable, and the microphone could be improved for better call quality.

The headphones are great but they went on sale right after I purchased them. I went back to the store 16 days later and they tell me that I have 15 days only to have them match that price. Most places are 30 days and I would advise you to buy online with a 30-day return policy.

These are good for taking phone calls. They feel great and I can forget I have them on, unless I am talking to someone face to face.
When listening to music it sounds more like background music, playing on speakers in a grocery store. I understand they aren't noise cancelling, but for the price I do wish the ambiance or bass was a little better.
Must be charged every day, even with very minimal use. The magnetic charging is cool, but if I am holding the cord in my hand (ie. getting out of the truck) it quickly attaches to anything metal within a few inches around it.

Really good for regular lifecycle playing music while listening to people or in a library at work. Horrible for walking through a city or working outs it start to feel like a speaker sitting on your temple and you have to turn it up so much that it causes headaches.
So in a quiet environment, great.

Purchased to use when working in the shop and exercising. They have been exactly what I wanted. I have other products but could hear footsteps when moving around and constantly fell out of my ears. The wrap around and conduction design of the Shokz is perfect for what I need and wanted.

I have several family members who love theirs and I finally tried them. Wow. These are leaps and bounds better than the old ear buds. No more putting an ear bud in your ear and these sound amazing.

The product is amazing I give it 5 Stars. The audio is perfect and I got used to the less bass. It really helps with my tinitis. I am a nurse in an ER and can wear these and still hear alarms and my patients with these on. They are amazing.
The 1 star if for the horrible return/price drop policy. I purchased these on June 18th 179.99 and yesterday I noted that they were cheaper 124.95. I called support and they are unwilling to match their one price drop. They will not tell me when the price dropped because it might have dropped in the ridiculous 15 day return period. They states that after 15 days you can not return it and you aren't eligible for price math either. My issue is if they dropped the price within those 15 days they should honor the price match. I can't log into Best Buy daily to check if prices dropped. I only noticed this because I was recommending them to a coworker and noticed the lower price of $55 lower. I feel they should honor their own lowered price. I have used Best Buy for years since they opened. I have spent approx $5000 in the last year alone, They have lost my business over this small issue.

We use the OpenComm which are amazing. The only downside is they have a boom mic. These new OpenRun Pro headphones have no boom mic so the profile is very small. They work great and battery life has been awesome as well.
I did have to RMA one set of the OpenComms and they sent us a new pair in a box to replace, so I can vouch for support as well. They stand behind their products.

Great product. My son has a large head and its difficult to find something that fits comfortably. This product is perfect. They are bendable and the charger is magnetic. Comes with a nice zip up vinyl case.

Light weight, can wear earplugs of on the job where there is loud noise. Can wear with hardhat.
Only thing i see that needs improvement is really high tones are too soft. Such as flutes. But if dont listen to big bands or soundtracks, probably ok.
