Customers are positive about the sound quality, comfort, battery life, open-ear design, fit, bone conduction, and lightweight features of the OpenRun Pro Premium Bone Conduction Open-Ear Sport Headphones. They appreciate the clear and immersive sound, comfortable and secure fit, long battery life, ability to hear their surroundings, lightweight design, and innovative bone conduction technology.
On the other hand, customers are negative about the volume, bass, price, connectivity, and microphone. They feel the volume could be louder, the bass is lacking, the price is high, the connectivity is unstable, and the microphone could be improved for better call quality.

I got these to be able to hear while I run and not lose my AirPods (which fall out). The first time I used them was for a 1/2 marathon and I absolutely loved them.

I bought the AfterShokz Titanium open-ear headphones when I needed a Bluetooth headset for hands-free driving. All other headphone designs are so uncomfortable to me, so I love the open-ear design. I bought this design because I broke my old one. This design feels the same, and the sound is pretty good. I wish the volume design was like the AfterShokz Titanium, where the headphones' volume didn't change the device's volume. Don't expect superior sound quality, but it's a good device to take calls and listen to music, all while still being tuned in to your surroundings.

My second pair, had an older version that lasted for years. Highly recommend for anyone who enjoys running and listening to music but doesnt enjoy getting run over by a car, golf cart, bike, etc. because you didnt hear them coming… they are all looking at their phones instead of where they are going so you know you need these.

I've tried other cheap no name brands that lacked quality. It's worth the money to get what you expect and want from a bone conduction headphones by Shokz

I really thought that the volume would be able to go louder. I had bought this on the hopes that my mother, who can’t hear very well, would be able to use this to hear the TV without another gadget physically connected to the TV.

I like them a lot buy one I purchased in the past only had Chinese voice. They are better than buds for your ears People in the U.S. are going to have a lot of hearing problem in the future. These prevent that.

I think people review these headphones unfairly. They expect the exact same sound quality as $300 buds or $400 NC headphones and these are not that.
In short, sound quality is good. Base is not bad but still lacking. App is decent but it be cool if we got a full EQ. Great for podcast + spoken word. Good for music. Good Mics for phone calls. These could pass for office headphones. GREAT Case. Meh proprietary charger but easy magnetic connection. Quick charge is handy.
Id give these a 4.5/5
They need to improve:
- the App, give me a BASS Boost mode if possible.
- somehow make the cord that goes around the back
adjustable.
- prevent High Volume tickling.
