It came in a reasonable size box that is easy enough to move about. The chair itself is simple to setup, with instructions and tools included. The only downside with it for me is the lack of a lumbar cushion. Otherwise, it works well for me.

I was so very happy tgat this chair was easy to install and it was cheaper then a lot of others that dont swivel. This one does. Thank you BEST BUY!
