Poor Quality even for the Price

Refurbed is Great for Minimal Use

It runs a little slow and requires a restart more regularly than I'd like, but overall, happy with my purchase for the price.

Great MacBook when it was released many years ago.

This is an old Intel-based version that is worth about what you are selling it for. You can't compare that price to the price it was when it was new. I wouldn't even buy an Intel-based Mac now. Their shelf-life is limited since Apple Silicon has now been out for over four years. VERY deceptive adversiting and it needs to STOP. Best Buy needs to distinguish itself from the guano that is Amazon.

Worth It

A fair amount of cosmetic scuffing is evident on the outside of the laptop. All in all, for me, it was worthwhile to buy the refurbished version.

Not happy

The refurbished Mac book was 5 years old and had been hammered the whole time apparently. I called and asked for a warranty and was told it was one year then 90 days then two weeks. I spent 3.5 hrs on the phone before being hung up on and finally had to return it.
