surface pro disappointment

Have no idea what happened but the system went caput. System boot time took over 3 min. We actually timed it. When clicking on apps or programs to load it was extremely slow. Geek squad did a system wipe and reinstalled the operating system. Worked for a week and was back to slow going. The device is now at the service center to see if it can be fixed. 29Dec2024.

Amazing laptop!

My computer

Very good little tablet

Yes, i couldve used a usb hub, but even they have their disadvantages. Still the Surface Pro is a wonderful computer, if you can get used to the one usb.

This unit was on sale on black friday deal so got it. Have not used it as much as I have hoped so far. Great deal as it came with the keyboard, wish they connected to make it more laptopish to use on a lap.

I was interested in the Surface Pro and jumped at the chance when this one came on sale. I'm not a gamer and typically use a computer to watch streaming services, surfing, and light work. It does everything I want and then some! I can't believe I waited so long to upgrade. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Worth it if it’s on sale
