One big fridge! I love the room inside. Easy to use water and ice dispenser.

The only cons are it does drip after getting ice or water. Which happens about 5 minutes later. Also while the frig is running its a bit louder than our previous one.

This fridge has everything I was looking for. Plenty of storage and ice and water through the door.

This refrigerator has made a huge difference. We had a side by side French door and this model has truly given so much more space in both the fridge and the freezer. The ice maker works fast. Just an overall better option!

No inverted triangular holder on interior of freezer door. Like the taller area for filling water containers. Spring loaded door a bit of a nuisance .

So far no complaints with the unit, works as promised. Ice-maker works and supplies ice, door units are smaller, so less ice produced. Fridge and freezer are well laid out and efficient use of space.

I really appreciate the French doors and the large freezer at the bottom

Not the most asthaeticaly pleasing fridge freezer but it works great. And doesn’t cost an arm and a leg either. We especially love the low profile ice machine. It gives us so much more space in the fridge itself. It probably produces a couple of cups of ice at a time max but you also get a tray so you can store excess in the freezer. But honestly we only need it for our own use. If I need ice for a party I’ll just go and get a large bag from the grocery store.

I thought I had the feature of the big ice balls at the bottom of the refrigerator freezer, but I guess I do not. The salesman explained to me that I would have that option but it’s not an option that I could tell.

First one had a bad thermostat. Second one has issues with the icemaker. As mentioned in another review, the right side of the icemaker lets the ice cubes feeze together and you have to go in and remove a big chunk of frozen together cubes. You will know when this happens because you won't get any cubes until you go in and remove the frozen together ice cubes.had an LG before that sometimes stuck the cubes together and you had to go 8n and the basket to break them loose.

Lots of room with ability to adjust shelves as needed. Ice maker works well

Our old Kenmore Elite finally died, and we needed a new refrigerator. After researching and reading reviews, we decided on the LG-27.7 cu. ft French Door Smart Refrigerator. We have been extremely pleased with the purchase. The capacity and the arrangement of shelves are great. We only wish there was an extra tray in the freezer compartment and that the top shelf had a slide-back to make a half-shelf for tall items. Otherwise, this refrigerator is well worth the money.

The agent who helped me on the phone was very professional and knowledgeable and made the process easy given that I had a complicated address to send the product to. Home delivery and installation makes life so much more convenient.

Amazing and spacious. I thought it wouldn’t fit in my small apartment but I was wrong. Love the ice and water compartment and the deep freezer space

LG, necer misses an any of their products and this is fridge is mo surprise. Very spacious. There’s one change I recommend and thats making the internal length longer bcuz tall containers cant fit at the top or the middle.

It’s really spacious, I love the option to make ice a little faster than normal.

We are generally pleased with our new LG refrigerator. The only problem is the limited ability to adjust shelves. Only way to accommodate tall containers is to use the door (which are limited) or remove one section of the glass shelf.
