Love the amount of space given inside. Plenty of room for all essentials and fresh produce. The freezer also has tons of storage to allow for plenty of products.

This refrigerator has much more storage space than my old side-by-side. I absolutely love it.

Excellent temperature control and an amazing amount of usable space, but the interior organization could be considerably better. The lack of a specific place to put the butter dish is our biggest disappointment, but the bottom drawer that goes all the way across the width of the fridge requires both doors to be open to access it. Its lid opens from the bottom, so the drawer has to be pulled out to open the lid. For the money it should have included an ice maker in the freezer drawer as well as the one in the door. None of this was apparent from the Best Buy product description.

Product is great and had an excellent crew to take the old refrigerator out and install the new one. Hopefully this refrigerator will last longer than the last one. Also a great value for the cost!

The refrigerator I picked was in stock and delivered when they said they would be at my house. Pulled out the old refrigerator and cleaned the area where the new was going. After installing and setup they showed me how to change the water filter. Love the new fridge. Highly recommend Best Buy !!

I've had this refrigerator almost a year and I still love it as much as the day I got it. However, it has started making a noise, I think may be the compressor, I just requested service. I'll let you know how that goes.

Good capacity refrigerator. Met all our requirements. Looks sleek, has deep and wide shelves which are adjustable. Spacious freezer at the bottom. We liked the extra tray for ice storage. Bright interior lighting. The ice from the front door dispenser comes out smoothly (without falling on the floor) into a glass or cup or jar. The price was also right.

Been wanted to upgrade to this style of Fridge for years, wish I did it sooner. I went with LG as they seem to get the highest average reviews plus I like their electronics. Love the smudge free stainless, it actually works! I like that it filters the air that enters the inside, one gripe i do have is the shelves are not as adjustable as I had hoped.

I'm very happy with my purchase of the LG - 27.7 Cu. Ft. French Door Smart Refrigerator with External Ice and Water. HOWEVER, I am VERY disappointed with the installation! I was told at the time of purchase that it came with full installation. When it arrived, the technicians set it up, but were inadequately prepared to attach the water supply for the ice and water dispenser. First, the hose they brought was too short to connect to the water pipe in my basement - which, in actuality, was only about 4 feet away through a hole in the floor. Second, they tried to splice the new hose into an old connection hose that hadn't been used in 10 years. Not surprisingly, it didn't work. They told me I would need to call in a plumber to do the hook up. This was NOT the "full installation" I was promised! I don't believe I should be responsible to hire a plumber, at my own expense! I should have been told AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE that a plumber (and subsequent expense) would be MY responsibility. I tried calling Best Buy Customer Service, and was told that they would NOT be sending someone to complete the installation, and that I should call a plumber. I responded with the above comments, and they said they would talk to a manager who would get back to me at a later time. THEY DID NOT. I believe the promise of "full installation" is fraudulent. As soon as I am able, I'm going to go to the place of purchase to register an official complaint and see if they're willing to rectify the problem. I am not hopeful.
