Refrigerator is working great so far great sales person

Very happy with this fridge. Gets cold fast and stays at the temperature it's set to. Sure it goes up a little when putting away groceries, but gets cold again right away. So much space! We used to have a side-by-side, but no more. Always going with this style for now on. The water isn't as cold as the fridge temperature, but still cold enough for us.

Great fridge. Fits perfectly against a wall because the hinges don’t hang out as far as most other models. Got a whole new LG kitchen and the smart features and quality are great.

I enjoy the adaptability of the shelves and very happy with the quick dispensing water and ice!

We recently purchased this refrigerator from Best Buy and both my husband and myself are thoroughly enjoying it. We like the hidden ice maker on the left door. we also like the ability to open the refrigerator and see the full contents. Lots of room. We also like the freezer on the bottom and has plenty storage space.

We've been very happy with this refrigerator so far. It took a little time to get used to, especially since our previous one was a side-by-side model, but we’ve come to really like it. The smaller ice cubes are a nice touch, and we were pleasantly surprised by how much space there is for our food—it’s more than we expected! If there’s one thing I’d change, it would be the top freezer drawer—I wish it opened automatically when the freezer door is pulled open.

Love this refrigerator! Adjustable shelves, lots of space, with 3 drawers and door shelves with varying heights/depths. Multiple water & ice options. Freezer also very spacious with 1 drawer and 2 sections. Price was reduced via sale too. Highly recommend this fridge!

Perfect fit & the print proof stainless steel is a plus

This refrigerator is nothing fancy. However, that’s why we purchased it. We were on a budget and this refrigerator met our needs. The only thing I’m not fond of it the water dispenser doesn’t produce cold filtered water. Not a dealbreaker we just use ice. We had some trouble getting this fridge in through the sliding glass door and installation crew went above and beyond to get it in and installed. Both were patient and considerate individuals.

We love this refrigerator so far. It has a lot of space and we have had no issues 9 months in.

Nice refrigerator. Note to potential buyers: Include 3 to 4 inches on either side of unit to account for opening doors. It adds to the width when doors open. Having a wall on the right of the refrigerator will not allow door to fully open. I'm having carpenter work on counter to the left to add about 2" for clearance.

Lots of space in both freezer and refrigerator. I like the warning when left open to long or you forget to close the door completely.

I was told this refrig had a second ice maker in the freezer because it had an ice pan . even the delievery team thought it had a second ice maker after seeing the ice pan. It does NOT have a second ice maker in the freezer. I had to return it as that was what i wanted, a dual ice maker.

I love Lg. I have washer and dryer 20 years old still working. My previous Lg refrigerator was over 10 when compressor gave out. I own Lg TVs for many years without any problems. This fridge is very similar to my old one. I love big , deep door shelves where you can store galons of drinks with no problem. LRFS28XBS doesn’t have Fresh Air System . This was one of the reasons why I did buy this model. This system is not supported by this particular fridge. Has a space for a filter but the fridge doesn’t have required technology for it. Incorrect info on Best Buy website. According to Lg website compressor has 5 years warranty, not 10 as Best Buy website is saying

It’s been six months since I’ve purchased this refrigerator and I highly recommend! Storage capacity great for my family of three. Cubed and crushed ice awesome only con is having to go into the ice compartment and shake it up to dislodge I clumping , that is minor. I’ve since added the washer ☺️LG is great!!!!
