I feel this was handled better than previous one. They were on time very professional. I had many business and I would want these men working for me. I’m not pleased where which country it was manufactured. Waiting on another one

Maintenance problems

Nice appearance, very spacious but now needs both cooling fans replaced. After past experience with french door refrigerators we have opted to replace it with a side by side. cost of the new fridge $900, cost to repair $600. Not a difficult decision. Don't buy french door refrigerators and definitely not one with the ice maker on top.

Zero problem Process, Great Product

Seamless process from Alliance store from my sales guy to my delivery guy. Had my last LG for 18 years. Hope this one lasts too.

The former did not have the external ice and water. The replacement offered a little more capacity and still fit in the existing space.
