Great Refrigerator and Freezer

It has more room in the freezer and in the refrigerator for all the food. All is better than the last unit we had even the water and ice dispenser.

I like the ice maker in the door as it takes up less room if it was in the actual fridge. The wifi and app is cool but not necessary.

The door is so heavy it can pull from your hand and close with a “crash”. Repairman said there is no fix. You lose a bit of storage space, but space provided is minimal.

They ordered new handle and door. Took two weeks for them to come out and install it. When there customer service called about my appointment they kept telling me they were coming out to install a water kit. I told them they were not installing a water kit and ended over two weeks of phone calls from them and not understanding what they were suppose to do the first technician came out and cancelled because he was there to install a water kit finally they got the write person to do the job. Also the delv guys left a mess outside my house when it was delv. I would recommend the refrigerator but don’t buy thru Best Buy

LG customer service is great had scratch on door handle and they replaced it no questions asked … great product great service!!

Worked effectively until right at almost 2 years. Now having parts malfunction. Will update after service crew comes and sees the situation but this is the first issue I've had in 2 years.

If you put notes or picture on your fridge with magnets, this stainless steel front will accept them. Has gallon sized door bins
