It’s a lower price point than the higher end Dell models with great performance still built in. One recommendation would be to have an easier way to open the laptop instead of it having to be pried open every time. Something such as a tab on the top.

It is much better and faster than the previous laptop I had, which I think was lenovo. Great memory capacity, speed and overall performance. I am very happy with this purchase. Would buy it again.

Very fast, like it's ability to be used as a touch screen. I usually have it attached to a second monitor for doing work and that is working well. It was easy to set up and migrate by files onto.

I researched this for awhile as it was for a 12 year old. It will hold the test of neglect. Not the lightest machine for sure. Touch screen is really nice addition. My son really enjoys it. Setup was very simple out of the box.

I think can be more modern with best technology and sign in system is obsolete no face id no fingerprint.

I’ll search for sometime now and almost bought a MacBook. But went with the Dell because of you features that this computer has. The tools in one display is awesome lighted keyboard, speed, size and got a great deal at Best Buy.

The first one that arrived had heat issues and was returned. Best Buy Geek Squad staff have been super in helping me get my computer set up and running properly. The computer appears to be running smoothly and I have had no further issues with the device.
