Really enjoy yhe Asus Ally The device is very good and the additional software made my gaming libary work really well Games were fluid and performed well my library of games from steam and gog loafed and ran well Only piece was somw of the controlls needed so.e adjustments to work well But overall I really like this device and enjoy my games on Having a windows based device is a plus

I personally love it and thought my kid will also enjoy it but he will rather use his xbox or ipad. I think is a great device but is not for everyone. During the update process the device stopped booting, I had to recover the OS, other than that it works as advertised. It's not as easy as an Xbox or ipad for kids, computer experience is required.

The Ally, really is the best handheld ive owned. Its really powerful the z1 extreme version that is. Its running games the steam deck cant play at all. The controls are good, alittle odd to hold. The screen is colorful and vibrant. The updates are the best part. Gyroscope, fsr, fixes, more power ro balalce out the modes to play in. The interface is pretty easy to use. And its on sale alot!

Excellent little machine to help me play some games on the go. To get better performance make sure to tweak the settings a bit. Again it is technically a computer

The ROG Ally is best for serious PC and Xbox gamers who want a premium, powerful handheld device and are willing to pay a premium for the features and performance. However, it may not be the best choice for casual users or those who want a simpler, less expensive handheld experience

I can do so much on the Rog Ally! I can play game pass games, remote play to the PS5, steam, pc, and much more! Absolutely love my Rog Ally! I wish it had a bigger hard drive, but external storage works great!

I recently purchased the Asus ROG Ally, and I must say, it has become an absolute lifesaver during our car rides and downtime at various places. This portable device has not only kept my boys entertained but has also managed to make our journeys much more peaceful. It's a good handheld that does what you need, but does have many limitations and hurdles for a base model. Really I think the best price would have been $300 but glad to spend $350 rather than spend over $900 for a handheld that I'm barely going to have away from a charger

This device has exceeded my expectations and has been easy to use and great to use. The limited battery hasn’t affected my gameplay and every game I have attempted to play has worked fluently. Witcher 3, Skyrim and even the Stray. It is quite the powerful machine. I also had no issues with the limited capacity, especially considering it can be increased.

I purchased the lower tier version, due to price, and was surprisingly impressed after hearing all the bad things about it. As long as you tweak some settings, i was running the division, days gone, elden ring and many more between 45-60fps. Ive also tried the legion go, and while it has a bigger screen, the software for the ally go is much more user friendly.

First off, i really like this product. It is perfect for gaming on the go, or even sitting at home. It is very easy to use. I like that I can do all the things that I normally do on my computer, I can do on this cpnsole. The only downside is that the console is bit heavy so after gaming a while it gets hard to hold.

So far since day 1 of arriving home, I've been very pleased with my ROG Ally. Also The price paid was great and the conditions of the device were pristine. Best Buy has been my go to for things I need and customer service is top notch.

Bought this to replace my 6 year old. cheap gaming laptop. Does everything i need it to do. If i need more power, i keep it plugged in. Bought used best buy deal, paid under $300. Play it everyday.

Not the best battery life but plays games really good havent had any issues

10/10 a lot of people say that the z1 version is slow, but when you go into armory crate and set actual 100% fan speed, it runs a lot cooler and better. For example, i was running hitman 3 at 70 FPS at 1080p medium settings. You would be surprised by how well it performs for the price

We owned it for 5 months and it was great at running games and things like emulating, but it broke 2 times during the 5 month frame. This caused us to return it but we were offered free repairs/replacements both times.

Love this handheld, I've been a console/PC gamer a long time and I was surprised how much I enjoy the Ally. I got a universal stylus and play civilization. Also fallout 1 & 2 with a keyboard and mouse connected. I don't feel like I need the more powerful version, this is more than enough for my needs.
