The refrigerator capacity is huge! The French doors make it very easy to access and view the interior of the refrigerator. I really love the large freezer on the bottom . This refrigerator capacity makes it a good choice for a family or some one that entertains others.

Bought this fridge on August 15th, 2025. Ice maker stopped working October 2nd, 2025. October 26th, 2025, the freezer stopped working. A little over 2 months for the fridge to stop working is ridiculous. Best Buy said I had to contact Samsung since it was under warranty to get replaced. Samsung refuses to replace products without a service technician looking at it. Samsung Care (what a joke) said the earliest time they could come to service was November 4th, 2025. I requested and they agreed to a time after 3PM because I cannot take off of work for the day for something like this. Tech showed up at 11AM November 4th...Now they want to reschedule my appointment for November 11th, 2025. So I will be without a working fridge for 16 days if they can even fix it. If they can't fix it, I was told by Samsung that a replacement unit would take 3-4 WEEKS. That will be no working fridge for Thanksgiving and if it is delayed longer, potentially no fridge for Christmas. This is all the while I am still making payments on a fridge that doesn't work. I have already lost all of the food. Now I won't be able to store food for potentially up to 6 weeks. I would love to see Best Buy step up and help a customer. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Fridge was paid for & delivered within 3 days. Easily installed, my only complaint is the ice maker is noisy!

Plenty of space and so far working fine for the price. Would have liked to have an option to have both ice makers produce the same size ice cubes. We do not use the small ice cubes very often.

It's nice but it's not that spacious inside.......

Great looking refrigerator has plenty of room and easy access. The door shelves have sufficient depth for 2 rows of bottled water. The cheese bin has lots of room for your favorite cheese items. Freezer has reasonable space, but the ice machine and ice bins take up half of top Freezer drawer.

I love the fridge so much room and spacious. I did not get the ice maker for now. The only negative there was a small dent in the door but I will contact Samsung. The men who installed it were patient and nice.

So far the experience has been good. The only thing is the right door handle has become loose which might be an item fault. Not expected from a new refrigerator. We have used Samsung in the past and the experience was good. Would have taken away half a star for the loose handle if I could.

Had my refrigerator delivered this morning. The guys were very happy to help and answer any questions I had. They were very polite. This is one of the reasons my wife and I shop at Best Buy stores.
