    The water and ice machine wouldn’t work. Ive had this fridge for 5 months and samsung is barely going to pick it up this week.

    I personaly like Samsuang brand. The refrigiratore is doing what it is suppose to do. I like the way how it is design this refrigirator. It is giving large space to the frig, and 2 separated feezers each whit it's door.

    I love my samsung products and this refrigerator is massive at 30cu. Ft. An aslo has the dual ice maker. Mightbhave to say thats my favorite part!

    While the fridge functions well, taking out the shelves for cleaning is extremely challenging. Switching from our previous fridge to the 4-door Samsung fridge post-remodeling was a regrettable decision. Removing the shelves requires screwdrivers and considerable strength. Moreover, replacing the water filter poses its own set of difficulties. Overall, I strongly advise against purchasing this model.

    Very please with our new fridge. The 2 things that could use improvement would be the speed that the water dispense and the coldness of the fridge.

    I purchased this having previously owned a 27 ft.³ whirlpool side-by-side and I am returning this. I have at least half of my freezer that I cannot fit in this thing and the shelf situation makes it almost impossible to put anything tall in it. This stupid thing is going back.

    Broke within a year, Samsung warranty sucks

    Freezer compartment broke within 1 year, so Best Buy sent us over to Samsung for manufacturer warranty. The Samsung customer service is awful. They send a technician to try and repair it first, and if they come and find it's functional then they charge an additional service fee as penalty. The technician ended up breaking the fridge part of the appliance as well so the entire refrigerator is a useless metal box taking up space... Samsung says to keep the appliance until we get the new one from their warranty refund which is a one time use code to SAMSUNG.com, but none of the links they sent us work, so you're stuck on hold trying to get a samsung rep to help you fix their website and get you an ecoupon code. They don't provide ETAs for anything and it's been 3 weeks since our fridge broke and we still can't get a replacement.

    Nightmare Fridge

    This fridge has been a nightmare from the beginning. It started with multiple no shows on scheduled delivery dates, arriving damaged and now ongoing issues with the ice maker. We have had 3 now going on 4 repair men come to look at it with nothing being resolved. The first repair man literally told us “good luck working with Samsung they are a nightmare to work with”. He went on to state that the problem with the icemaker was not fixable because it was due to a defective product, but warned us that Samsung would not replace it without a fight. The second repair man told us never to buy Samsung refrigerator again. It is leaking water from the back and has damaged my wall and cabinets. Getting Samsung on the phone to send a repair person is going to take you at least an hour each time. This has been the worst experience and I would never recommend this fridge or Samsung.

    if I could give this less stars I would. Whatever you do do not buy this refrigerator . We had ours for 3 months and the freezer gradually stop cooling. Some of my medications went bad. 100s of dollars in food we lost. It took them 2 months to rectify the whole situation. This has nothing to do with Best Buy. I love them but no thank you to Samsung for anything to phones to tvs and appliances anything !!! As Led Zeppelin says all that glitters isn't gold
