I love it I should’ve bought earlier and the price was right

A very nice upgrade to our kitchen, and excellent delivery and setup service by Best Buy.

This refrigerator is a total waste of money. It says it is a mega capacity. It has so much less storage than my old frofge it isnyt funny. I read that wine bottles are too tall for it's not-adjustabke shelves, but they also wont hold bottles of orange juic, V-8 juice, or Ready-Whip. For those you have to push the main shelf back losing 25% of shelf space. The back half of top shelf is not reachable unless you are at least 5'8". The doors have almost no storage. Only a milk shelf and another for bottles. But the freezer is the biggest disappointment. Half of the top drawer turns out to be unusable due to a lack of a back to that side. This refrigerator is the most disappointing anything I've ever purchased. If it hadnt been such a hassle we would have returned it. We are now buying a second freezer

This refrigerator Sucks! Four types of ice cubes; or so I thought! But we’ve had it for well over a month and neither ice machines have ever made more than four cups of ice between all four types! Not worth the money we spent! When we use the door ice machine it throws out water with the ice cubes! Also water dispenser is very difficult to use and tiringsome to fill up a 16 oz glass of water! Never again Samsung, never again!

We can’t believe it, in less than 60 days the freezer just stopped working. We are very disappointment with the loss of frozen foods that had to be tossed.

We are very pleased with this fridge. The upper section is much bigger than what we had previously. There is no door or cover for butter storage, so plan for that, but otherwise it is spacious and well designed. The 3 ice makers are a great feature as we use a lot of ice and appreciate having curved, crushed, cubed or ice bites as options. Two ice trays take up almost half the top drawer, but we have been able to efficiently pack the remaining space to fit what we need in the freezer drawers. The fridge connected quickly to our home network with no issue at all, but the controls are limited to setting temps (the app won't tell you what the current temp is, you have to open the door to see the display for that, but you can use the app to change the temp settings). You can also turn the ice makers on or off using the app. The lights on the upper section and top freezer drawer are bright LEDs. It would be nice to have a light in the bottom freezer drawer, but it's absence is not a nuisance. Overall, it's a great fridge at a very competitive price when you compare features of other units in the same class. We are a family of 5 and would highly recommend it to anyone with similar needs.

Just had it a month now. Seems to run ok. Negatives would be that the bottom freezer shelf has no light. The middle freezer shelf does? The three types of ice are unique, but does waste a bunch of freezer space. Seems like the icemakers are constantly filling up to fill 3 different ice trays. Water bill going up and I'm sure the water filter will have to be replaced more often. Shelf space is less then my previous samsung and the drawers don't pull out as far as the last one did. There was limited choices for the size we purchased and the old one just died. So had to go with the next closest in size. New refrigerator working fine as it should.

It's a beast! Much larger than my previous refrigerator. All good so far - lots of room. Very quiet - when I first plugged it in I thought is was defective because I did not hear the compressor. My only critique is there is not a lot of customization in the shelf set up. I have lots of tall drinking bottles and not enough room for them. I have to lay them down. Delivery was a nightmare through best buy - 1st crew never showed up and never called. Was on the phone for hours trying to talk to a human. Very difficult at Best Buy.

So far, we are very pleased! A lot of room and the extra ice types are a perk! I'm hoping it last! At least last longer than our LG product. The only downside is the water filter changeout. It's rather difficult in the space provided and you're guaranteed to make a small mess that will need to be cleaned up. Hoping as I get used to it, I won't make the mess with the filter changeout.

The fridge is very spacious. I just moved in a new home and the fridge fits perfect in the space and definitely add style to my kitchen. The fridge has a water and ice dispenser and also 2 ice maker. I can get 4 types of ice. It also connects to my phone and I can get all info on my phone along with switching the fridge on and off. Really happy with the purchase.

I was amazed by this refrigerator, it's something like a dream, it has each of its dependencies well made, it's perfect for me. It has an incredible capacity and is very comfortable when using ice, it already has several options. I recommend it 200% you won't regret it. I purchase this fridge 2 weeks ago im loving the heck out of, very large which is what i wanted, they briught it in, set it up, explain etc: its just awsome i have lots of space ots beautiful, i live alone yet i wanted a larger fridge this exceed my needs and than some lol..!!!!!!

So far i can say thag the fridge is working out great! It keeps my stuff cold, has access to 4 different types of ice for making drinks, and is bery spacious. I thought with the ice maker inside it would eliminate a lot of space, but its build compact.

We ordered this because our fridge went out. We struggled with Home Depot and they failed to deliver our product three times. We were fed up because their excuse was that our model number was not available. Well what a joke. We went over to Best Buy and they were able to ship this to us in less than a week. Best customer service ever. We have had the fridge for a little over a year and it is working the way it should. It is very nice for the price going on over to Best Buy and they have a great warranty plan. We love this fridge. It’s so spacious. And ice is always on demand.
