All functions are easy. The only drawback is the open door alarm, not loud enough. Really need to be on your toes not to forget to leave any door ajar.

I like that I can make the shelf accomodate taller items just by sliding a portion of it back. I love how deep the freezers are and the fingerprint free surface !

I loved the functionality of the 2 drawers at the bottom and the huge space inside, even bigger than my old one. The temperature keeps all the food inside in perfect condition. We purchased a Best Buy warranty in addition to the manufacturers warranty. After 3 Months a buzzing sound started from the refrigerator and we immediately called Best Buy for assistance. The service representative was very knowledgeable and patient and eased my concerns. He immediately established my identity and set up an early appointment for someone to diagnose and repair the problem with no cost to me. GREAT JOB BEST BUY!!!!

cleaning is hard
