Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The fridge is great the SmartThings App Samsung uses is a joke. 2 weeks and counting trying to get the fridge to connect. They tell you to change your network password which is even a bigger joke. The password for the fridges are all the same no matter what model so it is basically broadcasting for anyone to get. I’m trying to find out a way to disable it but I am not sure I’m hoping that I can get it connected at one point so I can lock it down and secure it. This is really the only reason I’m giving it three stars. The thing is huge. I like it the app and the technology behind. It is absolutely awful.

This refrigerator has ample refrigerator space, less space in the freezer which is made somewhat worse because of the 2 large ice trays. But overall it is a great refrigerator. I have two other freezers.

We enjoy using the different types of ice and I wanted this fridge because I’d get fridge space and not a lot of freezer space. Plus with smart things app it will tell you when it needs a new filter.

There is a lot of space and adjustable shelves. My favorite feature is the door alarm. My Grandson and Husband have a bad habit of not shutting the doors properly and it lets me know it's opened. The ice maker has a couple different forms of ice you can dispense. Overall this is the best refrigerator ive owned and I highly recommend it.

Awful ice dispense

The ice dispenser is awful; it makes a mess all over the floor and the fridge every single time to the point that I gave up on using it. I am very disappointed this expensive fridge has such bad ice dispenser… I do not recommend this product

Enjoy the fact the bottom shelf is resending to allow for taller items. Two drawer freezer allows for easy organizing without having to dig for the stuff on the bottom.
