I’ve been using the Samsung 31 cu. ft. 3-Door French Door Smart Refrigerator with Four Types of Ice for a while now, and I’m really happy with it. The huge storage space is perfect for my family—we never feel cramped, even after a big grocery run. The four types of ice have actually been a fun surprise; I didn’t think I’d care, but now I love having options for different drinks, especially when friends come over. The smart features are convenient, too. I like being able to check the fridge from my phone and get alerts if the door is left open. Plus, the fingerprint-resistant stainless steel really does help keep it looking clean, which is great with kids in the house. Overall, it’s a stylish, spacious, and super functional fridge that’s made my kitchen feel a lot more modern

We love the fridge, but not so much. The customer service from Best Buy. We measured the first fridge that we picked out. They told us it would fit then they wouldn’t even try to get it in the door without threatening us that if it came through the first door and not the second, they would leave it. So I would say get the fridge but from somewhere else.

This refrigerator is doing exactly what I wanted it to do. It keeps everything cold and the freezer works well. I like the 4 different ice feature and I really like the large opening for the water dispenser. I’m able to fill my pots straight from the fridge. The only issue I have with it is the height of the shelves. They aren’t high enough to hold a gallon of milk. There is a retractable shelf on the second row from the bottom, that allows you to fit taller items, like milk. But if you retract it, you lose half of the storage space in the second shelf. The shelves in the door are large enough to hold a milk gallon, it’s just my preference to not store milk in the door. Overall it has been a great purchase so far.

This is a 6 months in review. I must say this refrigerator is amazing!! I really love every part of this fridge, and the mini ice chips are the best part. There’s so much room in this fridge and I love it, I really recommend it to anybody

We love this stainless steel double door refrigerator. It was exactly what we needed. Very spacious with lots of useful features and compartments with automatic ice maker and water dispenser for the kids.

Every description of the refrigerator is what is says- ice making is great and very nice size and ample shelf and storage space. The manual didn’t have too much info about the ice maker . For example how much ice it makes and if it has an automatic cut off button.

We bought an open box item and it was a great purchase. Fridge is cool and not very noisy. Using the app helps a lot. Very large inside.

We had this fridge for only a month, but everything has been working well so far. Decent capacity and sleep design. Works well for my new kitchen.

Best thing about this refrigerator is the small ice cubes. It has a lot of room, but the drawers are thin and cheaply made. I was missing 1 of the door handle screws when it was delivered and have called Samsung 3 times and they were not able to send out the door handle screw because the parts department rejected the request due to not being able to ship out that certain part. They redirected me again to Best Buy to resolve this issue and today, after a month of waiting, the Best Buy customer support said they would ship out the part.....another 10 day wait UGGGG!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this frig! 31 cu. foot of space. But, the best feature of the entire frig is the fact you have the option on four different types of ice cubes - small, medium, regular size & crushed. I also love the door racks. The one thing I would suggest to Samsung is to place more areas where the racks can be moved around. Even with the retractable shelf, a milk carton won't fit under the fixed part of the retractable shelf.
