Tub is huge you can wash a ton of clothes. Cleans clothes well and is pretty quiet. Easy to use and seems to be a solid machine. Only reason for 4 stars is it seems to take a little over an hour to wash a load of clothes on most settings. Not a huge deal because it cleans the clothes and I assume it’s because it doesn’t have the agitator. I was able to wash all the sheets and blankets with one wash which was a huge plus.

This 5.5 cu. ft. Samsung washer has been excellent. The capacity is impressive and easily handles large loads, bedding, and towels without issue. The Super Speed Wash feature is a huge bonus when you need clean clothes quickly. Everything comes out fresh and thoroughly cleaned. The machine runs smoothly, looks great in brushed black, and feels solid and well-built. The controls are intuitive and modern, and overall performance has exceeded my expectations. Samsung definitely took the cake here. Very satisfied with this purchase and highly recommend.

A little hard to get clothes out of the very bottom of the tub (I'm 5'4") and it doesn't get the cat hair off of our clothing as well as the old machine with the agitator but will be far more gentle and the fabric will last longer.
