Just received mine today and I don’t know about the actual work load of the computer but I’m giving it one star for the way it was shipped. First of all, they said it would come in manufacturers packaging and it did not. And the laptop was very gross with sticky stuff on the outside and near the camera and what looked like crumbs all over the keyboard. I know it’s refurbished but that is disgusting.

I got the M2 MacBook and honestly it’s good, but not crazy good. It does exactly what I needed it to do — smooth, fast for everyday stuff, lightweight, and the battery lasts a long time. My daughter loves her macbook she uses it for fun and school its light enough to carry everyday. So far we have not had any issues what so ever no program malfunctions or screen issues. Overall I was nervous when it was refurbished but I’ve been shopping at Best Buy for over a decade and Geek squad has always been around and to stay around you gotta be good correct? Well my Mac is as good as new and I actually returned a brand new M4 and got this instead don’t even see or feel the difference with updates for years to come this was a great buy and for a great price thanks Best Buy.

Arrived quickly to the store. Refurbished Macbook Air with M2 chip. Looks brand new. No dents or scratches, and works so much better than what it replaces --a pevious version Macbook Air that is five years old. I only use a computer for emails, audiobooks, news, etc. Do not watch movies on it either. This is powerful enough for me .

Excdellent Value. This Macbook Air does what I need it to do -- email, sorting thru photos, listening to music. I do not do any gaming, watching videos etc. Out of the box it appears clean, as if brand new. In future I will always look for refurbished Apple products.
