Great Great ítem and great sales people at mcallen stores

Great item, but could have more options to move the storage cintainers on the door. Also should be able to push the button you need for the water or ice without havjng to rotate though all options first.

All personnel at Best Buy were very helpful, efficient, patient and helpful. Our purchase is exactly what we needed and wanted. Delivery men were on time and set up was quick. All questions answered. We highly recommend Best. Buy for all your utilities needs..

Love it by far best fridge. Keeps everything cool and opens easily and closing doors close on their own which they do not slam. Win win

I had to exchange this refridgerator for the larger sized same model. There was not enough storage for my drink products such as 2 liter bottles of soda, bottle of juice such as orange juice and grape juice, and gallons of milk. There is storage for these item in the lowest shelf in the right door, but not enough. I also did not like that the shelves in the right door were fixed and could no9t be raised or lowered to adjust to products stored there. I also did not like the separation divider in the freezer was fixed. The vegetable drawers had no humidity control options and they felt cheap to me.

This is a very nice fridge, love that there is an extra ice bin in the freezer. reason for 4 rating, the side door bins are quite wide with no dividers so my stuff keeps falling inside the door bins.also the tap on the water dispenser sometimes doesnt change over if you dont tap on it in the right place. overall it is just a matter of getting used to a new appliance

We like our new refrigerator. The appearance is great. Wish the side door bins on the side of the ice maker were just a bit bigger. We understand not much you can do about it and have the ice maker etc. overall great!!!

It’s a very nice refrigerator except that the LG water reservoir is too small for a large family and as much as I love cold water it usually comes out room temperature.

Great so far! I must say Best Buy really took care of the delivery. Original one was defective and next 2 fridges had dents. Las one is perfect! During the whole process Best Buy initiated the contact and set up deliveries.

Great fridge. Only complaint is the ice in the door has jammed multiple times in the 4 weeks we have owned it. Not that big of a deal but come on for the price things should work flawlessly. I habe t open the door ice maker and remove some of the chunks that melt/form together.

Whater dispensor is dripping water for no apparent reason.

Before we bought this refrigerator, We did a lot of research and finally decided on this one. We are very happy with it, we have no regrets.

We’re excited to have purchased a new LG refrigerator. My Samsung refrigerator was a huge disappointment. Hopefully they will offer a longer warranty in the future.
