One of the best labtops i have ever used. Ease to use.

Very happy so far. Great value at $299. Love the large screen. Had to take it off of S mode (security mode) in order to put the things on it that I wanted/needed. Not hard to do. Wish it had a lighted keyboard but that the only complaint so far. Would definitely recommend.

It's a little premature to write a review. However I had a HP before and liked it so bought this. On the negative side it was very difficult to set up. I had to hire a tech to do it for the cost of $200.00 I have heard that HP's are hard to setup. I did get the computer for a good price, the setup cost ruined that.

I needed a laptop for grad school that was reasonably priced but could also run some specific software - this fit the bill perfectly, was available to pickup next day, great helpful staff upon pickup and perfect laptop for my needs.

This laptop was a great deal and is exactly what I needed to replace my old laptop. The only difference is that it isn't a touch-screen laptop. However, the screen is significantly bigger. It's perfect and affordable option for all my basic computing needs.

I had the older model of this one, probably about 6-7 years old. This one had a much larger screen, easier key touch and all directions were very easy to follow once it was turned on and ready to personalize.

Display is large, graphics card and processor are good but not great if you are a gamer. If you want a fast gaming computer will probably have to spend over $800 imo but if you want above average laptop for internet browsing and office functions this is a great buy.

Love this laptop. Was going to go tablet but wanted bigger screen. This is largest screen I could find at the price, which was perfect. Am extremely happy with this purchase as it really has everything I need for remote work. Would buy again in a second!

This laptop was a wonderful replacement for my previous laptop. The screen is the perfect size and I love the keyboard. The features are also great. My purchasing experience was great too. The staff were very knowledgeable and polite.

This computer was the best deal ever sold from Best buy. The only reason I returned it was because my financial situation wasn't what I thought it was and I couldn't use it for work expectations. If I could have had better work options I would have kept it anyway.

This is the laptop I should have bought a long time ago. The oversized screen is great, and the typing is easy and effortless. Since I'm retired I have no need for a large drive. I would suggest this laptop to anyone who just surfs the interneet and writes emails.
