So far, I am very happy with the computer. Large screen and lots of helpful instructions on how to get familiar with the windows 11. I am becoming more comfortable with it, and learning more everyday

This is my first HP laptop. Love the light weight and thin construction. Dislikes: Too much plastic, the entire case. While this is Not directed to HP, I hate Windows 11 S. Microsoft has a customer totally captured with their products only, unless or until one can figure how to turn off, "S".

Bought this for my wife and she loves it. My wife loves the screen size and hasn’t given her any issues. Bought her the laptop and a month later she passed the test to enroll in nursing school. She’s happy

The laptop is running speedy and is very responsive. Geek Squad was extremely helpful with transferring the data from my old laptop onto this new one! Very quick and efficient!

My wife and I are adjusting to this big update for us. We were using Windows 8 or 10. It’s fast to download and is very, very lightweight compared to our other laptop.

Great value for the price. I bought this for business travel and to have more flexibility. Way better than I expected. I actually recommended this to some of my other colleagues. Great buy!

Great laptop for the price! It is fairly lightweight for being a 17.3" laptop. Would definitely recommend for those who are looking for a reliable laptop to use for work!

Best option for the price. You’re able to work and study with this laptop, no issues, and it’s fast. If you are looking to get a new laptop and you don’t demand a lot, this is the one.

Great value for the money. Love the big screen, keyboard touch and quick charging. Would buy it again. My only regret is that I didn't choose a keyboard that lights up the keys. Oh well. I'm very happy with this purchase and the job the Geeks did setting it up for me!

Great laptop! This laptop is fast, and I love that it has the additional numeric keypad. We looked at many laptops and for what we need, this was a perfect choice!!
