    This laptop has been a very disappointing purchase. After just six months, the microphone stopped working, which makes online meetings and video calls nearly impossible. On top of that, Best Buy is not allowing this model for trade-in, which adds to the frustration. The performance is only average, and overall it hasn’t been reliable. I would not recommend this laptop.
