It looked new and had all the cables, instructions, etc. Sounds really good, especially if you like bass. There's a little hiss when nothing is playing and env. Passthrough is on. Otherwis,e passthrough is clear and almost sounds like they aren't on. ANC is amazing, as one would expect from Bose.

The only thing that i sorta dislike is I have big ears and these are just a little small. Other than that great headphones.
