I was asked to buy a new computer for an older woman to replace about a ten year old laptop. Ive always told people, don't buy the cheapest one, but don't buy the most expensive one either. After looking around on Best Buy`s website, and having an older Lenovo myself, I knew pretty much what I wanted. I'm very pleased with the speed and feel of the machine, and I thought the price was not too bad. The lady is having a few issues getting used to Windows 11, but she'll be fine.

Works flawlessly for school. Great keyboard and nice quality webcam. Runs all of the programs that I use smoothly. Will buy more Lenovo products!

I've had this laptop for two weeks now and I've used it heavily for writing grants while listening to music and watching weather radar. Great quality in video and audio, and the battery lasts about 5 hours. I like that the laptop is slim and light. So far no complains.

I have been looking at this laptop for a while and finally pulled the trigger when it went on sale! Easy set up as promised with good speed and graphics. I am very pleased with this purchase. Wish battery lasted longer.

It’s a great laptop besides the fact that it can be really slow when I try to edit pictures in Lightroom. Another thing that I wish was better was the battery life. It seems to me that it runs low fast. Otherwise the touch screen works wonderfully and I like how big the screen is. I just wouldn’t recommend this laptop for any photographers.

Solid choice for an all-around laptop. I use it mostly for Microsoft apps and browsing and some Netflix. I've tried some gaming on it; some of the more demanding games work okay with graphics settings turned down a bit. I would purchase again.

Needed to update my computer looked over the computers and was suggested by the clerk at this computer is a cats meow. Well it’s very very nice. The graphic is amazing. The speed is fast as greased lightning. Very happy with the purchase plan. Do use it to go over videos And special things for Music
