However - the touchscreen capabilities oddly do not work, and upon troubleshooting via Lenovo/Microsoft's eSupport QR code (located on the laptop) or via various forums, I have not been able to get it working again.

My laptop is taking some getting used to, but I am enjoying it very much if I had to make a complaint. The only thing would be the“advertising “or attempts to make me buy something. I was very confused with all the security places and the different browsers, and so forth and got thrown at me however, having gotten that straightened out I am very very very pleased with my new laptop.

I enjoy the size of this laptop with a beautiful screen. I also enjoy the Ryzen processor; it is perfect for my needs. For the price, a 512GB SSD is great for the value as well. I definitely enjoy this laptop, would definitely recommend.

Best Laptop Under 500

I use it purely for school, runs just fine, size is comfortable and battery life is pretty good, can go for 4-5 hours active use.
