Since I was pretty sure it was a lost cause we looked for a new one. The sales person took great care to ensure I was getting the product I wanted. Then the Geek Squad person was very patient with me (I am 81 years old). So it was a pleasant experience and I am happy with my new Lenovo.

Doesn’t have the camera where you can use the Face ID and it says 16gb’s but when I went into the system option it is 14. So not sure what happened to the other 2 gb’s but there didn’t get here yet. Otherwise it’s fun, again it’s new :)

Does what I need it to do

Some light work stuff, surf the net, etc…. This laptop suits all of my needs very well. My previous laptop was a Lenovo and I had a great experience with it. I got one with similar specs and so far so good.
