I like being able to continue my work away from home. downside it that the battery does not last nearly 10 hours like stated. Ive gotten a max of 4 hours and that is with battery saver on from 100%

It would randomly lag out on me while doing assignments, and the battery life could be better. It feels like the quality randomly changes every day. One day, it'll be perfect, and the next, it won't work at all. I enjoyed using it the first week, but after not even a month, it started failing on me.

To try to resolve this, first, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button. (If you have switched your laptop out of S mode) Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button. If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem.
