Too Many Problems

Missing files in either Lenovo or Microsoft so could not run some programs. The only thing i liked was the touchscreen. Hope there is a Win 11 laptop out there that doesn’t have as many problems as this model does. I will be returning this product. Disappointed with overall support from either company. Also was surprised how heavy this thin laptop was.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have bought and used many Lenovo laptops since 2016 but this is the first model that's bought new but got internal screen defectiveness within 6 weeks of usage. I had Best Buy Plus membership so returned it shortly after I saw the defect happened. Lenovo tech support even checked it out remotely but could not find what's wrong with the display panel. It looked a part of screen suddenly got liquid damage with wipes and bubbles inside while the surface is completely dry. I never had the laptop close to any liquid at any time, so that's not possible its top corner can get liquid damage. It might be an internal leak within the display panel that's what the Lenovo tech told me. This is not a Best Buy issue but Lenovo's defect on this particular model. I would not recommend this particular model to others but that does not mean Lenovo is a bad brand. Defects can happen to any laptop from any brand at any time.
