1 Star. 1 Star because I cannot get a simple issue regarding my order resolved. I can only get in touch with overseas customer service reps that put you on an endless carousel, and without your issue getting resolved. Will never do business with Best Buy again!

Don’t buy this product! I’m saving you time and money! Best Buy gives you 16 days to return, I returned on day 17 and they couldn’t do anything for me, Brand new laptop! Lenovo warranty department sucks. I sent my laptop to be repaired to Lenovo, through Best Buy, 8210 S Gessner Dr, Houston location. Today I picked up my laptop and it still doesn’t work!

If you want fast browsing and fast load times this is great. If you want to play a high end game don't bother. I'm so unhappy. Going to return. I just wanted to play 1 game and it's awful even after tweaking setting nothing helped. Nothing but blur and lag.
So anyway as long as you don't want to play a newer game or other that requires any kind of graphics don't buy

High Quality Ryzen 7 Budget Laptop

I bought this in the fall of 22. It has been great laptop. This Ryzen 7 is very fast. It also has a very good FHD IPS LCD screen, good keyboard, and solid battery life. It is great at all the basic stuff that I do: Cisco Webex video conferences, Office 365, Adobe PDF editor.
I highly recommend the model. The new Ryzen 7s are only slightly improved. So, this is still a great model.
I believe it is called an Ideapad 1 because it semi-exclusive to Best Buy. This is why it has the same specs as an Ideapad 5 Lenovo.

Very disappointed with this system. Lenovo does not offer a docking station and the USB C will not support charging or video (despite what the BestBuy description says). I called Lenovo to confirm.
BestBuy was not willing to make it right. I bought this computer during the major sales, so refund is only half the cost of a comparable replacement.

Item was supposed to be delivered to my house by UPS in three days, but instead never got past the pickup stage in California and order was eventually cancelled after a couple of weeks of no progress. My needs were modest, so I just went out to another local supplier and picked up a similar unit there.
