Really great budget laptop but...

I bought it as new and it picked it up in store. Not a scratch or default part on it. My only issue is that if you like having multiple tabs/programs open, the battery drains faster. I don't use it very often ,but if you're somebody who needs to use your laptop often or most of the day, it can be annoying. It's def a good starter laptop for school.

I specifically needed a machine with high speed and excellent screen resolution for drafting and design software. However, even while running just one drafting program, the laptop is noticeably slow. Rendering takes far too long, which affects my workflow and productivity. The display resolution also isn’t as sharp or vibrant as I expected for a laptop that claims to support creative work. Overall, this laptop falls short in performance and display quality, making it a poor fit for graphic design professionals or students. I would not recommend it if you're looking for a reliable design tool.

To start, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this may correct the problem. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button and please ensure all updates are installed completely.
