Asked for it to be exchanged but were told we need to pay extra because it was a cheaper price on cyber Monday. Bottom line Best Buy wouldn’t exchange. They did refund but now we’re back to square one.

First time getting a Lenovo and last time buying from Best Buy! This 2 week return policy is ridiculous. I will never set foot there again!
