I went from an i5 to an m2 processor. Running the regular stuff for work but also pro-presenter and this computer handles it great.

Amazing machine. Came in perfect condition aside from the charging brick. Got it for $800. Definitely worth checking out refurbished and potentially saving a couple hundred bucks.

As a life-long PC user and amateur composer, I was tired of wrestling with the latency when I used my bluetooth MIDI keyboard and controller. Everyone suggested a Mac and they were right. Although the MacBook was an "open-box" item, it arrived on time with no visible scratches or other marks and it does the job. This is not our first time with Best Buy. We purchased all the appliances for our kitchen from Best Buy a few years ago.

The computer is good, but I got a charger that is not for the computer so I had to buy a new one

I got the right size but wrong color, I ordered the silver but got midnight, and then the replacement process was too much so I decided to return.I saw a lot of other people had these same issues but with getting the 13 inch instead of the 15 not really worth your time.

The price was affordable and exactly what I needed for my use.

Love it, Fantastic as always even refurbished. Links up so smoothly with iPad and iPhone. Will never get a PC again.

This has happened to another person according to the reviews and should be resolved quickly, I will never be purchasing anything from best buy ever again, DO NOT BUY THIS REFURBISHED COMPUTER ITS A SCAM!!!

I ordered this item and like the other reviews i received the 13’ in air after being delayed for almost a week have been contacting customer support and also surrounding stores an the best advice given was to call the nearest store which is 2 hours away from me to make sure the correct item i paid for was in stock if so they couldn't hold on reserve anything for me and didn't know the quantity but I can hope that its still available to come in an exchange for the correct item I paid for. Its ridiculous how I'm responsible for tracking down item and being told to hope its still available after traveling 2 hours away and that's the best resolution they have to offer

They sent me a 13 inch midnight instead. I tried to exchange and they won't honor it, only return. They won't let me repurchase at the price I bought it at even though it's only been 2-3 days since I bought it. Even drove 40 miles to the store that shipped it to get it fixed. Horrible.

Abosolutely gross. Food on item. Not my idea of refurbished.

I returned to the local store BECAUSE the one I ordered on line was NOT what was sent. I was terribly disappointed. The good news is it was immediately credited to my account and I purchased in-store.
