    We haven't received this yet. But, our salesman in the Strongsville store was a 10+++. He was so knowledgeable! Did a great job. Eay to go, Yacoub! You are an asset to Best Buy. Thanks for all your help.

    Refrigerator is good Problem was with the delivery. Last delivery of the day on 1st delivery. Only to have new unit damaged. Waited another week for 2nd delivery which turned out to be last delivery of the day again. Truck drivers very accommodating but the lack of action taken By Best Buy to expedite or Accommodate us very very disheartening

    There’s no need for a refrigerator to have Wi-Fi

    Too complicated it’s we have to have an app it’s got great icemakers I would not recommend it. I’m not a fan of Wi-Fi appliances.

    This item is truly amazing and has enough storage to fit all the food we need. Also keep cool and freezer keeps cold. Is the access drawer makes getting drinks easy

    Delivery and shape of unit

    The refrigerator is what was expected from LG. What the issue I had was with the delivery and damages found on the unit. For whatever reason the delivery personnel felt they could not get it inside the home past the narrow door, which was done by me since they could not get it done. Damages were reported to Best Buy. These two things has not happened in the past so a bit surprised what happened this time.

    Worst fridge ever

    Worst purchase ever. I bought this fridge brand new. The fridge keeps peeping it is very annoying it wakes me up every night. Also the water dispenser located in the exterior of the door keep leaking. I have contacted best buy and they will send a technician. But I will not keep it as I can return it in 60 days. I will go for GE fridge. No LG anymore. Thats a waste of money.

    Arrived defective. Shelves do not adjust very well, very limited range. Customer service is provided by overseas help which isn’t help!! Really frustrated. This unit replaces another fridge that lasted only 5 years. Samsung and LG really?!?! Horrible quality issues with both.

    Upgraded to LG love that it has Two Ice maker and the inside is of refrigerator capacity is pretty roomy for big family.
