Gr8 sound bar. It is so clear. U can hear the talking and every little sound comes thru.

This is a great soundbar. It’s perfect if you have a Samsung TV. It automatically synched together when I plugged it in and hooked it up. Qsymphony is what they call it. The surround sound speakers that go behind you are great. I’d advise getting speaker stands or something to mount them to to get real effect. Great buy!

Great soundbar. I like the ability to control the TV and soundbar from the same Samsung App. The rear speakers really work well. You can use just the rear speakers so that you can listen to the TV in a personal mode to not disturb anyone else.

The item works great and we love it but the issue was the process of picking up the item we ordered online at the store. We bought an open box excellent condition item. Website clearly states that all parts are included and would come in original packeging. Well.... all parts were not included and did not come in packaging. So we we're at the store that day for over an hour but at the end they we're able to give us other parts. But thats why 4 stars out of 5

A great addition to my media/entertainment room. The 7.1 channel dolby atmos experience is exceptional for the price. We love it a lot while watching movies and even more when playing games to get the surround sound effect.

Purchase this as an open box item. It was listed as excellent and having all components. When I unboxed it at home it was missing a sync module for the speakers, hdmi, and a remote. I got a great deal on the set, I was going to keep it and just purchase the missing module, but couldn’t find the module for sale so i returned it. The return process was simple the employee that assisted with the return was very professional, checked to see if they had the module available in the store, but couldn’t find it. He processed my return and recommended a few other options. Great customer service.

So far so good! I’ve only had it a short while but, seems to be working great. Such a big difference in the tv sound.

Great sound , very immersive . I use it with my ps5 and love it . Was a little tricky getting the bluetooth to connect at first , but once that was figured out , everything was a breeze .

The Samsung HW-Q850D system is great! This system makes watching movies much more enjoyable and entertaining.

This works really well and I like the Q-Symphony synergy with my Samsung TV. My inky complaint is that the bass on this system isnt as strong as my old LG soundbar and subwoofer.

I have the q700a for my 55” tv and I love it. I just recently upgraded the tv in the basement and need the proper sounds to match. The q850 was at the right price so I got it and I love it the added rear speakers make you feel like you are in the environment. Not a bad buy to pair with Samsung tv
