I purchased this laptop to use for graduate school (online). It seemed a little slow initially but once I deleted the unnecessary pre-installed software it worked well. My only complaint is that it has a short battery life. I typically cannot make it through my 2.5 hour class on zoom without plugging it in.

Solid laptop. There's a small amount of bloatware to uninstall, and a few startup programs to remove from the list, but Windows 11 is quite good. Don't forget to move the Start button to the left. Do you really need 16 GB of RAM? YES!

Great mid range laptop, upgradeable to 64g. Ram. Wifi card only goes up to 300mb but can be upgraded. Wish it had more usb ports and the usb c port doesn't output video so connecting 2 external monitors can only be done through the usb a with an adapter.

Bought this laptop a week ago. Love the features and the processor i7 13th Gen is a gym. I stepped up the memory to 32 Gbyte. Totally stoked!!!

Laptop works quickly. The first laptop had an internal technical flaw and Best Buy replaced it quickly and without any questions

We purchased this computer November 23rd. The unit works very well. We had a wonderful sales person Andrew that helps us with the selection process. He was a blessing. We highly recommend the Lexington Best Buy and Andrew.

Basic but perfect for needing access to the interweb. Phones are small but I can get my school work done.

I strongly advise against buying this toy. The specs claim the battery lasts 9.5 hours but just simple browsing or streaming it last 2.5 hours. I actually sat there and watched it lose 1% of battery every minute. Watching a 2-hour movie It went from 100% down to 30%. The speakers are almost non-existent and you can't hear the sound more than 3 ft away. The keyboard buttons are white text on a off-white beige color which makes them impossible to see. I have two other HP laptops I've been happy with but I'm surprised they sell this junk and then deceptively mislead people on the battery life. Please search the question and answer section for battery and you will see many others have this problem.

Love the flexibility and size. Fits perfectly on home remote work station.

Needed to update for Windows 11. Learning curve will be needed to relearn the new ways of the system.
