This is my first Mac computer and I was a little leery of trying something new but I love this computer. I am an iPhone user and have been for years and I was pleased to find that it works exactly like my phone. I'm not a super tech friendly person and this was extremely easy to set up and get used to. Within in an hour of set up it was like I had been using a Mac my whole life.

Love Apple products. Replaced my 13 year old MacBook Pro which is still working, but unable to update software. This new laptop is awesome and I’m looking forward to 10+ years with it.

Excellent update to my mobile sound recording studio. Fast and powerful, not to mention the new look is slick. If you’re into sound recording, no need to look any further.

great for video games and photo editing. the smaller model makes a great travel companion.

I must say my experience with Bestbuy is outstanding. The product i order on-line was exactly what I order. I received it in excellent conditions. Installation of additional software was simple. Bestbuy constantly checked to ensure i had no concerns or issues. I was provided a avenue to seek support if needed. I would recommend purchasing items from Bestbuy to friends and family.

I searched the web for this computer and found that Best Buy had the lowest price. I wanted to replace my old MacBook Pro which was six years old and had run out of storage space. After purchasing this computer from Best Buy I saw that it had gone on sale for $120 less than I had paid for. I call to get a price adjustment and there was no hassle getting my price adjusted. Again, the computer is great and the Best Buy price was awesome!

I am extremely happy with this purchase! Exactly what I wanted and needed. I use my laptop for a multitude of purposes - including audio, photo, and video editing which has been difficult on my prior Macbooks. This one has been great!!! It has been running extremely smoothly and arrived in perfect condition. Highly recommend!

I am so happy with this purchase from Best Buy, as I saved a few hundred dollars by buying an open box. I was not initially excited about buying an open-box item, but after buying it, I am so glad, since it has no issues after using it for a couple of months already. The performance of this Apple laptop is so wonderful. I have used so many Apple products, but this is out of the world. I would strongly recommend this high-end laptop for all types of users, since it has a fast processor and more than sufficient memory for long travels on road.

This Mac has a great performance, it's a beast! I come from a MacBook Air and the difference is unbelievable.
