Good, clear sound. Windows 8 automatically recognizes the device. Like any on ear headphone, ears will feel warm after extended use.

Purchased these headsets to use for skype calls. People on the either end hears me great without any odd hissing from the mic. Headset is comfortable for my usual 30 minute calls, but longer calls might have slight discomfort since its a on ear design.

I bought this for one of my CSRs since her Bluetooth headset kept having issues. This works really well and well worth it. The only downfall is having to be wired in when taking calls, but I gave up on the expensive Bluetooth headsets that keep having issues.

This is my second time purchasing this headset. I have a one set for my laptop and the other for my desk top computer. They stay snug without pinching. The sound quality is fabulous! I work from home, so a comfortable and reliable headset is essential. This one is perfect !

My wife needed a pair of headphones to use with her laptop computer. She didn't want to use headphones at first because "they are too bulky and hurt my ears". So I researched what was available and found a good choice at Best Buy. She uses the Logitech H540s all the time. They are substantial enough to produce high quality sound without being excessively bulky. Great product at a great price. Yes, we bought the extended warranty. We almost always do. It's worth the small investment to be able to take something in the BB instead of having to deal with the manufacturer and having to ship items.

The sound sis great and people can hear me very clearly. Perfect for working from home and having work meetings. They are also very comfrtoable.

Great sound and good price. I use this for my remote job and the sound and voice quality is great. The cushion ear pads wear good and allow me to remove environment background noises so I can hear better.

This is not a real expensive headset. i use it for work, so reliability is crucial. I am unexpectedly real pleased so far. Headphones capture sound and eliminate most exterior noise, Microphone is clear and audible. And it's relatively comfortable for a full headset. I like it.

Most headsets you'll find in the "gaming" section are garbage. I tried a few and returned them. The quality of the mic on this simply trumps most.

These headphones were very reasonably priced. They have a nice fit, and are very comfortable. The sound quality is great and they cancel background noise. I use them often and they have held up nicely. I would recommend them to a friend and would buy them again myself.

Wife needed these as a teacher for her zoom classes. They required my assistance to get them to work which is why I gave it 4 stars. Sound is good. The quality of sound she gets listening to all of her kids talking at the same time is what she expected. Their moans of grief at the assignment of homework comes through especially clear.

I replace my plantronics headsets with this one and I don't regret it. Audio is perfect. Volume control buttons on the headsets work great when you are in a call as well as the mic mute function.

This headset is Chrystal clear and works great for the online meeting that I have to attend while needing to work from home. Also use it for the telephone software running on my Surface tablet to make phone calls. For the price point, I wasn’t expecting the quality of sound and functionality. The only complaint I would have is that when looking down, the headset slides off the ears easily because they do not cup over the ears like the more pricey models.
